JUSTYNA
Justyna Kalbarczyk is a polish freelance dancer and performer currently based in Wroclaw, (Poland). She graduated from NSCD with First Class Degree in Performing Arts. She received 1st award and public award at ‘Das Beste Deutsche Tanz Solo’ 2013 in Leipzig. In 2017 she joined Habemus Corpus Dance Company in Barcelona for its up coming production “Aire”. She is co- founder of One:Third collective which received an award at ‘100grad Festival’ 2015 in Sophiensaele, Berlin. Justyna frequently works with polish choreographer Mikolaj Mikolajczyk in various projects: ‘Fire Bird’, ‘Ksenofonia’, ‘Lomatko’. She is a cast member of Blenard Azizaj’s piece ‘Fleeting Feathers’ premiered at Tanz Karlsruhe in 2016. Since 2015, Justyna began to work as an actress in ‘Ony’, production by Czytelnia Dramatu which was awarded in numerous polish theater festivals in 2015 and 2016. In 2014 she was hired by Staatsoper Hannover and performed in pieces created by Shannon Gillen Lipinski, Robert Przybył and Miquel G.Font. Justyna is also involved in film and music productions. She worked for Julian Spillner, Daniel Brandt & Julian Schleef, Tom Garber. She was casted in numerous short dance films by Alicja Hoppel, whose film “Pathetique’ was screened at ‘ScreenDance Festival in Stockholm in 2015. Justyna is also involved in her own dance productions, “Where the dogs take us”, performed at ‘BalletOFFFestival’ in Krakow, as well as, stand-up dance comedy’s; ‘‘Last minute panic’ and ‘How similar I am to your grandma’ which was presented in the final round of “SoloDuo Festival’ 2015 in Budapest. Additionally she worked for many years as a Chef in various restaurants in England and Germany. |

EDITH Born in Copenhagen in 1990, Edith Buttingsrud Pedersen began studying ballet and modern in 1993 with the Ballet Academy Copenhagen. After a childhood of classical training, Edith spent 2006 exploring styles such as hip hop, jazz, house, and locking at Stepz Dance Education. Inspired by the work of Pina Bausch, DV8 and Allain Platell Edith moved to Munich to study contemporary for 4 years with Iwansson International School of Contemporary Dance. Having completed her education in 2011, Edith has been working as a dancer and choreographer in Europe, Africa & Middle East with, but not limited to, Dali Touiti (DE), Jiří Kylián/Karine Guizzo(FR/NE), Sebastian Prantll/TanzAtelier Wien (AU), Stephan Dreher (DE), Ilona Roth/Transitheart Productions (AU), Rasmus Soerinus/CampNorr/Varq de Alvo Co. Carroll, Katie Duck and Julyen Hamilton, to mention a few. In 2014 Edith discovered a passion for teaching when she choreographed for the new opera "All the world, Goodnight" / "Alverden Godnat" at the Copenhagen Opera House. Since then she is regularly giving workshops for acting and directing students on body awareness, approaching a character through movement, and releasing reliance on the brain. Feeding her creative impulse, Edith co-founded the dance film collective ZIZ.Cie with filmmaker Valquire Velkoviq. Edith is also a co-founder of collaborative dance collective ONE:THIRD. ANNUKKA
Annukka Hirvonen (born in Oulu, Finland) is a freelance dancer, choreographer and teacher based in Berlin, Germany. Growing up in a family of musicians she throughout her childhood and youth widely studied music, graduating with a Master of Arts in Music Education in the University of Oulu (2009). Meanwhile her focus shifted into dance and she completed her BA in Dance Performance in the department of Dance Theatre & Modern Dance in Fontys Dance Academy, Netherlands (2014) and BA in Dance Pegagogy in the University of Applied Sciences in Oulu, Finland (2013). During her time in the Netherlands she studied and worked with a wide range of choreographers, such as Liat Waysbort, Peter Jasko, Sara Wiktorowicz, Eddy Becquart, Pia Meuthen, Marc Van Loon, Katja Gräsli, Floortje Doeksen i.a. In 2013 her base shifted to Berlin while working as an apprentice for company cie. Toula Limnaios. Afterwards she has been collaborating with a variety of artists on several projects, presenting work in different venues in Berlin (Sophiensaele, Dock11, Uferstudios, Laborgras, Ackerstadtpalast amongst others) and festivals all over Europe. She is a co- founder and a member of Collective ONE:THIRD, winning the jury price of Festival 100 Grad in Sophiensaele in 2015 with their work "Fate of the Galaxies". She continuously develops her personal research of movement and performance art, which in the recent years has been greatly influenced by improvisation and instant composition, while constantly studying with different teachers, such as Maya M. Carroll, Katie Duck and Julyen Hamilton, to mention a few. She has been teaching contemporary dance and improvisation since 2008 and regularly offers classes and workshops for both amateurs and professionals. |
STEFANIA
STEFANIA PETRACCA is an italian dancer, improviser and dance-teacher based in Berlin since 2013. She was formed and degreed in Contemporay Dance, Pedagogy and Coreography at C.I.M.D. F.Ferrari- Milan in 2008, and in Italy she worked for different realities of dance in Tuscany and Milan : small companies, a state theater (Maggio Fiorentino) and big companies ( Las Fura dels Baus Barcelona/Florence). Moved in Berlin she went soundly in investigating the movement and focusing her experience in Istant-Composition. In 2014, she co-founded the impro-tanz group : COLLECTIVE ONE:THIRD, winner of the Jury-preis at 100°Berlin Festival 2015 with “Fate of the galaxies”. She is still developing her research in different constellations with live music and artists in creation of events or new projects. As a performer, early fascinated by the street-theater, she was leaving long 12 years, beside her work as dancer and teacher in Siena, nomadic theatrical-clown experiences around Italy and Europe, through festivals & projects (Burkina Faso) to a real circus. Her creativity has been influenced from famed artists met long the way like André Casaca, Paolo Nani, Rita Pelusio and choreographers and teaacher such as Dominique Dupuy, Hervè Diasnas, Alessandro Certini , Roberta Parmigiani, Piera Pavanello, Maya Caroll, Katie Duck. She teach regular dance classes, workshop for adults and Kreativer Kindertanz for children in Berlin. As a teacher she has taught class and workshop of contemporary dance in Siena and clown for children in primary schools in Milan. Since 2014 she is moved among the couriosity of the dance as human art form in dialogue with the present and with the social aspects of the daily – life, which she investigate in her own choreographic-work and in improvisations with live music, as well as in collaboration with different artists. |
SARAH
Sarah Jegelka is a contemporary dancer/ performer/ choreographer based in Berlin. Having graduated in Sport Science and Economics she decided to focus on her foremost passion, completing her dance studies in Nuremberg. She went on to perform at Nuremberg’s State Opera House (with Laura Scozzi) and was a member of the company mareatanz. In 2012 she moved to Berlin where she has since focused on her continued development as a dancer, working on solo projects, participating in numerous works and collaborating with a broad range of artists (Video artist Riccardo Bernardi, Food & Performance “Le Articioche”, Photographer Maria Silvano and Cie Urban Reflects Mannheim among others). Sarah likes to find new ways of connecting and expressing different arts through movement, and currently attends Dance Science Studies at Berlin’s Free University. Fascinated by the notion of touching the unconscious inherent in movement, she has chosen to further her research in the area of Improvisation and Instant Composition and is a co-founder and member of “Collective ONE:THIRD”, whose latest production “Fate of the Galaxies” won the jury prize at the 100° festival in 2015. |

ROBERTA
Roberta Ricci was born in Messina , Italy , where she started dancing ballet technique and modern dance at “Centro Sperimentale Progetto Danza”. She graduated in Contemporary dance and Performative arts at ”Movimento Danza ”in Naples ( IT), and attended the professional course for contemporary dance Modem Atelier run by Compagnia Zappalà. She is graduated in Philosophy as well. As a freelance dancer she worked with various choreographers and companies such as CADMIUM Compagnie (FR) , Movimento Danza ( IT), Motomimetico(IT), Compagnia delle Arti Visive (IT ) . She created various choreographies and performances around Europe collaborating also with directors and composers like Ennio Morricone and Marco Betta. Currently she lives in Berlin, where she regularly works as a freelance dancer/performer and as a teacher of Contemporary Dance. She creates her own projects in collaboration with various artists, being also involved in different projects as dancer. She is a cast member of REVOLVEr Dance Theater ’s piece “Eternal Return”. Currently she is working with “Connecting Fingers Company” in Berlin as well as with CADMIUM Compagnie in France. Roberta is also a co-founder of collective Ensemble ONE:THIRD. HANNES
Hannes Buder (born 1978 in the former GDR) is a musician, improviser and composer in the field of experimental music. His works concentrate on issues of movement, authenticity, intuition, minimalism, density and slowness. Buder's current projects include the bands "[ro]" with Hannes Lingens, "Shotgun Chamber Trio" with Lucia Martinez and Oleg Hollmann, "Heisenberg Quintet" with Anna Kaluza, Niko Meinhold, Stephan Bleier and Rui Faustino, and his solo project. Beyond that he has collaborated with Audrey Chen, Tony Buck, Audrey Lauro, Hilary Jeffery, Mike Majkowski, Matthias Bauer, Todd Capp, Steve Heather, Andrew Lafkas, the Berlin Improvisers Orchestra and many others. Hannes Buder's Solo recordings include "changes" (2000), "dunkelbunt" (2004), "openyoureyescloseyoureyes" (2006) and "changes II" (2015). He performed concerts in Europe and in the USA. Buder has also composed, improvised and recorded music for different dance (Oxana Chi), theater (Jörg Mihan) and film projects (Barbara Lubich, Annick Gaudreault). He's been working temporarily as a teacher/workshop leader at different festivals, music schools and with prisoners in jail. He studied guitar at the Carl Maria von Weber Conservatory in Dresden and the Franz Liszt Conservatory in Weimar. |
